All transport damages should be claimed directly to the transport company if the shipment has been received and signed off as undamaged.

Dantherm accepts unspecified returns for a maximum of 7 days after receipt. Returns are only accepted if the part is unopened and shows no signs of being used/mounted when we receive it in our warehouse. Dantherm reserves the right to reject returns if this is not fulfilled. For all unspecified returns, 20% of the invoiced part price will be deducted. Shipping and handling fees are not subject to being remitted.

All return requests must be emailed to and approved by Dantherm before we accept receipt of the package.

All return packages must be labelled with the RMA number provided by Dantherm. This must be clearly visible on the box. Send the box to:
