Pricing

Part pricing is indicated as MSRP – Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price. Your Dantherm account settings will deduct your discount. When you have created a user account and you are logged in, both the MSRP and the account trade price are shown simultaneously. The trade price is calculated automatically as MSRP minus the user’s discount rate.

Handling fee

All online self-service options are free of charge regardless of order size.

Stock

Our parts offerings are grouped into three categories:

1. “Available in shop and stock”: for fast delivery.
2. “Available in shop”: delivery by order only.
3. “Not available in shop or in stock”: Use our request form to request a part if you do not find it in the shop.
